Who We Are

Andrea is a sustainability practitioner and business and human rights expert with over 20 years of experience advancing social sustainability across sectors and geographies. She has led the development and implementation of strategies to address complex sustainability challenges, with a strong focus on human rights. Her work spans multinational corporations, global financial institutions, governments, and civil society.

A qualified international lawyer, Andrea has worked closely with legal, commercial, and operational teams to embed human rights into business practices, ensure regulatory compliance and support sustainability disclosures. Her financial sector experience includes serving on the expert roster of the EBRD’s Project Complaint Mechanism, advising Dutch banks under the Dutch Banking Sector Agreement, and leading the social policy team at Barclays.
