Keith Kibirango

Keith is an executive leader with 20+ years advancing social change and cross-sector partnerships across Africa, the UK and Europe. He began in Uganda as Director of the Uganda Law Society and Chair of the Uganda Peace Network, then moved to the UK to lead work spanning philanthropy, development and impact. As Head of African Philanthropy at Save the Children UK, he launched the African Philanthropy Programme and secured a record £10 million donation, organisation’s largest from an African donor.

As Chief Executive of Crown Agents International Development (CAID), Keith built the organisation from the ground up, assembling its board, establishing regional teams and growing annual income to £15 million within three years. As Founder of New Global Markets, he leads a fundraising and convening agency connecting corporates and philanthropists. Known for his collaborative style and ability to engage diverse leaders, he continues to shape global development through strategic partnerships.
