Who We Are

As the TISFD’s Head of Engagement, Rithu brings over a decade of experience in social sustainability, focusing on integrating sustainable practices into business strategy. Before joining TISFD, she was an Associate Research Scholar at NYU Stern’s Center for Sustainable Business, where she led Return on Sustainability Investment (ROSI™) collaborations across industries to quantify the financial value of sustainability.

She began her career in operational risk management and public finance investment banking at Goldman Sachs, where she gained deep experience in risk mitigation and infrastructure finance. Combining financial expertise with a commitment to sustainability, Rithu helps organizations align profit with purpose and build resilient business models that advance social equity and environmental stewardship.
